Past. Present. Future.

You can't change the past. But you can always invent the future. That's the best way to predict the future: you invent it. For example, one year from now I will be a successful entrepreneur and I will have my own place in the world. By that I mean I will have more money in my bank account and I will be the proud owner of a piece of land, preferably with a house on it.

So, New Year resolutions:

1. Past is dead and buried. Whatever mistakes I've made, are in a different timeframe and there are of no consequence to me anymore.

2. Invent the future. If you don't do it, I don't think we will see a cute little angel coming down to make us wiser, smarter and better looking ;-)

When I started my company, I had this motto in mind (I've probably read it somewhere...): If not you, then who? (sounds better in Romanian). What I want to say is that things don't just happen - you have to make them happen.

So, be the best of whatever you are... [for example a very proud cat owner :-D ]

Have a great year - I know I will!

PS. Even bankruptcy can be a learning experience, right?

PPS. And even though I know some will not approve, here is a photo to go with this post (taken by a girl I know). I called it

The Soul of Man

Ma bucur ca ai reusit sa lasi trecutul acolo unde este si ca esti increzatoare in viitorul pe care ti-l asterni singura. Felicitari pentru firma!
