The systemic constellation

Sounds SF, isn't it? ;-) What do I know about it? A lot more now than I knew this morning, that's for sure. The systemic constellation has been around for over 30 years (like me :-D) and is a process that can help untangling the hidden dimensions in the human relationships (in family life or professional life).

Have you ever wondered why you keep having same or similar problems no matter what you do, no matter what therapy or alternative counseling/healing you have tried? Have you ever wondered why you keep re-attracting same or similar life circumstances that contain same or similar painful dynamics for you? Doesn't this sounds wonderful? Everything can be fixed; our life can be picture perfect. Well, that's what pretty much the trend nowadays - we are living screwed up lives in a screwed up world and we do our best to fix what is broken.

I do think systemic constellation can help. I also think it would have been better not to need to invent something to fix ourselves. The world is a much more fucked up place today than it was 30 years ago. And still, 30 years ago, someone thought either that we are already too "far gone" or that it will come a time when we will come to realize that we need to be fixed - that we need to be saved from doing the same mistakes over and over again. Scary though, isn't it?

Anyway, my personal experience with systemic constellation was a relaxing one - met some new people, got out of the house and learned about the oldest theatre in Brussels, "Le Rideau de Bruxelles".

Hope to learn more about this and, who knows, maybe I would get my picture perfect family ;-) It is said that "Constellation work is done at a soul level". But do we still have a soul? We must have, otherwise we shouldn't be so tormented...
