Thanksgiving
This week went by really fast. I had my exam on Tuesday - wasn't that bad, except that on the second part I felt sick and it took me 4 long minutes to bring myself together. I felt kinda bad about this, because the questions seemed easy and I just needed to focus and read them - which seemed impossible at the time, with my stomach having a demonstration.
Yesterday was Thanksgiving, I tried to think about all the good things in my life and I slept most of the time. I have a lot to be grateful for - even for my hormones, which are keeping me this week senselessly happy - without any pragmatic reason.
I have long list of things to do - getting longer by the day. I just hope I can focus enough on the same subject so to actually do it ;-)
Today I had Irish soup for lunch - I am congratulated myself that this was all I took at Kitty O'Shea. The traditional stagiaires bar is, after all, a bar, not a restaurant. And I off the Irish coffee for the moment, doctor's order. However, that is what's great about Brussels, you can always enrich your culinary experiences. Don't ask me what was it in my soup, 'cause beside being white and pretty much tasteless, I didn't notice anything out the ordinary or moving :-D
Was a cold day in Brussels - 7 degrees (Celsius!), wind and a bit of rain. However, now the sky is almost clear and the sun is shinning. It's always sunshine after rain! No rainbow this time, but hey, less is sometimes more!
