Romance. Projects. Deadlines.

Today, when I decided to make more descriptive labels for the movies I've seen in the last month, it just hit me: 90% are in the Romance or Romance/Comedy category. Of course, I've seen some of the "serious" ones, like "The Queen", "Lord of War", "Supersize me!" (though that one can get into the comedy section too), "The triangle" (SF), but the overwhelming majority falls under the Romance label. Well, accordingly to a certain writer, the reason why tv is so popular this days is because it saves from having to use our own imagination. It makes sense. However, my imagination it seems to work a lot these days, I would say it puts in a lot of extra hours - I would give it a bonus if I could. But I would rather have it fired. If one employee works too much then the others tend to pass all the work to it. So to speak, my imagination would soon replace real life if I keep this trend going :-D.

I've been doing a lot of work on projects lately. It is good to work on projects with a fix deadline - it forces you to respect the deadlines. Otherwise, I feel I would postpone everything, even my life, indefinitely. Had a deadline on Friday, barely make it - an outsider opinion's on the project was that is something pleasurable to read, but I should have done more on the numbers. Well, I agree. Next time, I will start with the numbers. Play it by the numbers ;-)

Now I have to look into another project - that would keep me busy for another week or so... then would be another project, then another... soon I will come to measure my life by the projects I do ;-) Life is just another project, after all :-))))))))))
